What we had: -Kid’s sweet potato fries - $0.99 (I think the server hooked this up) -Spinach & Artichoke dip - $16.99 -Grilled Chicken Alfredo - $24.49 -Jambalaya - $27.49 2.5 stars, middle of the road average, rounded up for Google Maps. The lone reasonably priced item = sweet potato fries. Everything really tastes like it comes from a bag. The jambalaya was so dry. The grilled chicken alfredo was bland and the broccoli was hard and cold and maybe not cooked. The spinach and artichoke dip was good (maybe the dip was microwaved, too?) but that's only half the story because the chips tasted oily and a bit burnt, so maybe they were old. Maybe the chips are actually made in-house! Just not fresh. I don't think I'll visit this BJ's again, and unfortunately the food issues could be chain-wide. I use a cash back app for savings (backwards it's spelled EDISPU) and even 6% cash back doesn’t feel worth it for this average experience. Our server was very nice, though!

Tanya gave the best service for our host today! It was my first time coming into a BJs in general so I was shy but she made me feel welcome and very comfortable. From the start she gave me so many good options and made me feel comfortable with my choices of food and drinks! It all was worth it because I enjoyed everything we chose from her options. I had a really nice mango margarita that she helped me pick out with an option of getting it blended ive never been given that option before. She then helped me make sure none of my food was contaminated with anything Im allergic too and was very understanding. Overall made my first time so Amazing I may come again tomorrow! This is going to be my location to come to from now on! 100 best service from Tanya!!

My meal at BJ's today was a truly unpleasant experience, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding my server, Gregory S. I couldn't help but wonder if I was treated differently because I am Asian and appear younger than my actual age. From the very beginning, Gregory greeted me with, "Hey man, how are you today?" I initially assumed he was simply being informal and friendly, so I responded politely, "Good, sir. How are you?" However, I noticed that he greeted the young white women seated nearby with, "Hello, ma'am." After he brought the bill, he began adding “sir” to the end of every sentence he said. When I ordered my drink, he brought it to the table, placed it down with a loud thud, said nothing, and immediately started walking away. I had to stop him and say, "Sir, I am ready to order." His response was simply, "Alright, man." While ordering my steak, I also requested a Pizookie to go. Once again, Gregory walked away without saying a word just humming. Then He did not confirm my order, nor did he ask what type of Pizookie I wanted. He simply left. The steak itself was prepared correctly. Servers are wonderful, attentive and caring. My baby back ribs were slightly undercooked and didn't come off the bone as I'm usually accustomed. The menu us extensive, perhaps i picked the wrong item. Beer selection is good and the late night crowd is young.

My husband and I stopped by the Zara in the Glendale mall. We were a bit hungry but nothing seemed appealing at the food court. We decided to walk to BJ’s it was our lucky day. We were served by Joseph who was amazing & very nice. We had a lunch deal which was BJ's "$13 Pizookie Meal Deal" that includes a personal deep-dish pizza with a house salad for $13, available Monday-Friday we got the caramel Pizookie with chocolate chips on top. It was delicious 😋
